Memo turns a spoken thought into the right place automatically — a task on your todo list, a note, or a page in your fingerprint-locked private journal. Reminders arrive through a hybrid delivery system built so they never silently fail.
Not just a notes app — Memo captures it, files it correctly, keeps your private thoughts private, and makes sure reminders actually reach you.
Speak naturally, snap a photo, grab a screenshot, or type. Memo transcribes and reads it instantly — no manual sorting.
AI reads what you capture and decides where it belongs — a real task on your todo list, a note, or a journal entry. No manual tagging.
Locked behind your fingerprint or device PIN. Never surfaced in notifications, widgets, or AI summaries — genuinely yours.
A local exact alarm fires first; a cloud-delivered backup push follows automatically in case the OS killed the app in the background.
Quick capture, an interactive todo list you can check off directly, your next reminder, and a notes stat card — no app launch required.
Chat, reply to a nudge notification, or use voice — Memo keeps real context across turns instead of starting cold every time.
No folders, no forms. Capture it your way and let Memo do the filing.
Speak it, snap a photo, grab a screenshot or jot text — even from a home screen widget without opening the app.
AI transcribes, reads images, and decides: real todo, note, or private journal entry — setting a reminder if there's a date.
Search by meaning, ask Memo in chat, or just glance at a home screen widget. Your whole memory, recalled in a second.
Try the mockup on the left — tap Voice, Text, Photo or Chat to see the real capture flows, or tap the mini Memo in the banner to watch him react.
Check off a todo, glance at your next reminder, or launch quick capture — straight from your home screen.
Reply right in a reminder notification. Memo remembers the whole thread — no need to open the app first.
Ask Memo to pull up notes, add a todo, or start a journal entry out loud — including as your default Android assistant.
A local alarm plus an automatic cloud backup push mean a killed background process can't silently swallow a reminder.
Tap or hover on Memo to see him react, or use the quick mood controller panel below to change his expression directly!

Speak, type, or snap a photo, and Memo decides where it belongs: a task goes to your todo list, a passing thought becomes a note, and a personal reflection can go straight into your private journal.
Yes. It's locked behind your fingerprint or device PIN, and its content is deliberately never surfaced anywhere else — not in notifications, not in home screen widgets, not in AI summaries.
Reminders use a hybrid delivery system: a local exact alarm as the primary path, plus an automatic cloud-delivered backup push shortly after in case the OS killed the app in the background.
Yes. Reply directly in the notification and Memo answers in natural language, remembering the whole conversation thread and any follow-ups.
Four widgets: one-tap quick capture, an interactive todo list you can check off directly, your next upcoming reminder, and a notes/activity stat card.
Yes. Go to Settings > Triggers > Digital Assistant and tap Set up — this opens the Android assistant picker where you can select Keepi. A long-press on the power button then opens Keepi's voice assistant.
It uses cloud AI (currently Google's Gemini API) to understand and file what you capture — that kind of understanding isn't something a phone can fully run on-device yet. Your notes, journal and reminders are still stored on-device regardless.
Capturing notes, browsing your archive, checking off todos, and writing in your journal all work fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for AI features and cloud-delivered reminder backups.
Local notes, todos and journal entries live only on your device and are unaffected. If you had cloud sync enabled, deleting your account triggers a secure wipe of your synced data from our servers.
Yes. Capturing notes, todos, photos and journal entries, and organizing them locally, are free. AI features share a free tier by default.
Those are cloud-first tools you have to organize yourself. Keepi is a companion: Memo decides where a thought belongs, keeps your journal genuinely private, makes sure reminders don't silently die, and lives on your home screen.
Keepi is currently built for Android 8.0 and above. An iOS release is on the roadmap — check back on this page for availability.
Notes, todos, and a genuinely private journal — with reminders that never silently fail. Memo is waiting.
